The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the admit card for the UGC NET June Re-Exam 2026. Candidates who have successfully registered for the examination can now download their hall tickets using their application number and date of birth. The UGC NET examination is conducted nationwide to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for 'Assistant Professor' as well as 'Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor' in Indian universities and colleges.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
Candidates appearing for the UGC NET re-exam must have secured at least 55% marks in their Master's Degree or equivalent examination from a recognized university. The selection process involves a computer-based test (CBT) comprising two papers: Paper I (Teaching and Research Aptitude) and Paper II (Selected Subject).
- Paper I: General, assessing teaching/research aptitude.
- Paper II: Subject-specific questions based on the candidate's chosen postgraduate specialization.

- Click on the link reading 'Download Admit Card for UGC NET June 2026 Re-Exam'.
- Enter your unique Application Number, Date of Birth, and security pin.
- Verify your details and click on submit.
- Download and print a clear copy of the admit card for examination day.
Important Instructions & Advice
Candidates must carry a printed copy of the UGC NET Admit Card along with a valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, etc.) to the exam center. Ensure you reach the venue well before the reporting time mentioned on your hall ticket. Electronic gadgets, calculators, and mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
